OH, NO!

I can't believe it or don't want to but it's true. Yesterday I was itching just below my waistline on the side and in the back. Last night I saw it was poison oak!
Now where did that come from? I determined it was from the backrest pillow Al and I use to read in bed. He uses it at night and I in the morning. During the night I was still working on that because the oil wouldn't still be on his skin to transfer it to the pillow. Then it hit me. The only thing he had on while working in the PO that hasn't been washed is his belt. He probably was wearing the belt while reading which spread oil to the pillow and then I soaked it up. There's no other logical explanation. I keep wondering how long we can keep this going.

I also had a long talk with the owner of the property next to us with the PO in between. He said he has a worker that's not allergic to PO and could cut it down for us if we wanted to hire him. Then in the spring when new growth appears we can spray that and kill the roots. We're going to pursue that course.
